The very nice and helpful staff
The fact that breakfast wasn't included and afternoon tea was which was at a time when most people were out

This was a lovely boutique hotel - the rooms were small, but given the standard for Paris, we expected this. What we didn't expect and appreciated, was the complimentary room upgrade we were given at check-in. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this hotel, located within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and only a few blocks from the Avenue des Champs-Élysées. The hotel staff was wonderful - very accomodating with English and helpful with directions getting around Paris. We loved the complimentary tea service that was offered daily - pots of tea were brewed all from tea leaves, not bags. Exceptional and different tea flavours to choose from.

God position - close to Champs Elisees
Extremely small room, much smaller than the description and the photos on the site. Very narrow corridors. A lot of nois ecoming from the hall and the other rooms. Very poor ratio quality/price breakfast.

The Staff was nice and very cooperative. The interior design is very nice and the location is excellent.
I did not like the room sizes and prices of room service. The fact that you cannot control the heat is not so good, either on or off. The bathrooms look nice but so practical.

Quiet, clean, near the metro. Decent size room and value for Paris. No dogs allowed. One long block walk to the Champs d' Elysees. Would stay again.
WiFi was a pain. Couldn't just get on it like Starbuck's, Mc D's, etc. Had to register (which no one tells you and is not obvious) and even then you get kicked off regularly.
